I saw Jack’s post on Facebook and thought I’d give him a go. He turned up when he said he would and just got on with the job as discussed. He then confirmed my satisfaction with the job. I identified a bit that was missed and he sorted it out straight away without any fuss at all. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone. A really friendly chap to boot!! When I’m ready for more grinding I’ll certainly be back in touch.

I had some really large Yukkas removed and grinded out today, Jack was efficient and professional, he left the area clean and tidy with the garden ready to plant in again. Great price, quick good quality service. Highly recommend!

Jack was very quick to respond to our request and very accommodating to our needs. He was able to remove two stumps for us the same day we contacted him. While on-site, Tom discovered a third, older stump we had missed and also removed it for a very reasonable additional fee without upselling or pressuring us.

Contacted Jack after he came recommended by a few different people. Communication was quick. I sent a few pics of what I wanted removed and he stopped out to look at the job for me. I received a quote the next day. From the quote to the finished job it was just a few short days. All in all about a week turn around which is impressive. This was a no BS transaction and Jack was straightforward with me. Thanks for getting it done.

A huge shout out to Jack & his team on making our life a hell of a lot easier so that we can now restore our property with more manageable trees and gardens. We had 13 med to large stumps around the boundary that Stumpworks Qld machinery ate up with ease. Jack and his workers were polite & had great work ethics as they left our property & our neighbours neat and tidy from timber chips and sawdust. Jack was reliable, prompt, considerate of our neighbouring properties.I would highly recommend Jack & his team as they definitely exceeded our expectations, we certainly feel that this was money well spent. My husband was going to dig the stumps out the old fashioned way and the look on his face when he saw the finished job was priceless. Jack, thank you!

I was needing my agaves removed and stumps grinded down to make way for a new garden. Jack was great. Was able to go get the job done well and open to all questions I had. Even gave feedback on further tree removal, plants in yard and where to plant trees I wanted.

We had a substantial amount of bamboo that needed grinding. His mindset was only out to help us and educate us on the removal, and due to the extensive price and size of the job also welcomed us to get other quotes. Jack provided us with the confidence that the others lacked. Jack and his team kept us in the loop the whole day and walked us through the job on completion. It's hard to find good trades these days. Credit to them and the way they look after their customers.

Jake and the team, were fantastic, took on a large bamboo removal job at short notice, ground the stumps and piled the mulch. Our yard was left clean and tidy and we have had no regrowth of the bamboo. Fantastic job, higly recommended.

Had 2 big stumps ( mango and fig ) and 5 little ones that needed to be removed for various reasons.Can't thank Stumpworks Qld enough. Messaged them early Sunday morning, and they were here in a short time Sunday morning.Professional and mannerisms were exceptional, and once all done, they left the property clean and tidy.I would highly recommend Stumpworks Qld 5*

Stumpworks Qld was great from start to finish. They were quick to respond and gave me an estimate on the spot. It was less than I expected and better than anyone else I asked. The appointment was scheduled soon after the estimate and they showed up right on time. They were extremely kind and even carried my mother's groceries from her car to the house. They did an awesome job grinding the stumps and cleaning up. I don't typically leave reviews but had to for their great work and good vibes. I've also already recommended their service to 4 friends.

We are doing some outdoor/garden renovations and had a large golden cane stump needing to be removed. When we first made contact with Jakk he replied to our message within minutes, and continued to respond to our messages extremely quickly. He advised he could do the job two days later which we were thrilled about. He arrived on time on the day and was extremely professional and courteous. We Hired Jack from stump works a couple months ago, and since happy with their work we had them back to remove a few more stumps as we had another few trees removed. They finished fast, were polite, and cleaned up. Jack took His time with the decent slope accessing the stump wasn’t easy. The residence is now bright and spacious with the trees and stumps gone.
