I saw Jack’s post on Facebook and thought I’d give him a go. He turned up when he said he would and just got on with the job as discussed. He then confirmed my satisfaction with the job. I identified a bit that was missed and he sorted it out straight away without any fuss at all. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone. A really friendly chap to boot!! Jack was very quick to respond to our request and very accommodating to our needs. He was able to remove two stumps for us the same day we contacted him. While on-site, Tom discovered a third, older stump we had missed and also removed it for a very reasonable additional fee without upselling or pressuring us.

Contacted Jack after he came recommended by a few different people. Communication was quick. I sent a few pics of what I wanted removed and he stopped out to look at the job for me. I received a quote the next day. From the quote to the finished job it was just a few short days. All in all about a week turn around which is impressive. A huge shout out to Jack & his team on making our life a hell of a lot easier so that we can now restore our property with more manageable trees and gardens. We had 13 med to large stumps around the boundary that Stumpworks Qld machinery ate up with ease. Jack and his workers were polite & had great work ethics as they left our property & our neighbours neat and tidy from timber chips and sawdust. Jack was reliable, prompt, considerate of our neighbouring properties.I would highly recommend Jack & his team as they definitely exceeded our expectations, we certainly feel that this was money well spent. Stumpworks Qld was great from start to finish. They were quick to respond and gave me an estimate on the spot. It was less than I expected and better than anyone else I asked. We are doing some outdoor/garden renovations and had a large golden cane stump needing to be removed. We Hired Jack from stump works a couple months ago, and since happy with their work we had them back to remove a few more stumps as we had another few trees removed.
